I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, but a bit small for our group of 8. They were well-stocked with amenities, though. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us with all our activities. The location offered stunning views but had some drawbacks in terms of positioning and the accuracy of information provided. The dining experience was good but could use more variety, especially during breakfast. Overall, I found the facilities to be satisfactory, with room for improvement.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The hotel was ideally located, connected to our space with breathtaking views of the ocean, offering both privacy and convenience. The rooms were not just beautiful but also spacious, featuring a full kitchen, a huge patio area, and a lovely den. The staff went above and beyond in taking care of our needs, showing great hospitality and flexibility despite our flight delay. Although the dining was average and could have had a wider breakfast variety, the overall experience was fantastic.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit too dark for a tropical beach resort. The service was top-notch with a staff that made me feel like family. The location was peaceful and surrounded by stunning turquoise waters, although it wasn't directly on Grace Bay Beach. The dining experience was tasty, but could have offered more variety. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and luxurious, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The size and cleanliness were outstanding, perfect for my excursions. The service was top-notch, with a team that seemed genuinely happy to work there. They were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and even anticipated the kids' needs without us saying a word. The location, although requiring a daily shuttle to get to the beach, was superb with a lovely view of the ocean and ample seating and umbrellas.
